Sahnequark<br \/>1 Tasse Zucker<br \/>3\/4 Tasse saure Sahne<br \/>6 Eier<br \/>1 EL Zitronenschale, fein gerieben<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>Den Backofen auf 140 \u00b0C vorheizen. F\u00fcr den Boden die Biskuits in der K\u00fcchenmaschinen zermahlen. Danach mit den Mandeln und der zerlassenen Butter in einer Sch\u00fcssel mischen. Die Masse auf den Boden einer Springform (22 cm \u01fe) streichen und andr\u00fccken; bis zur Verwendung in den K\u00fchlschrank stellen. Sahnequark, Zucker und saure Sahne in einer Sch\u00fcssel mit dem Mixer zu einer glatten Mischung verr\u00fchren. Eier, Zitronenschale hinzuf\u00fcgen und gut verquirlen. Diesen Belag auf den Boden geben und 1 Stunde in Backofen backen, bis der Belag gerade fest ist.
