K\u00fcrbiskerne<br \/>1\/8\u00a0 Sahne<br \/>Kern\u00f6l<br \/>Salz, Pfeffer, \u00d6l<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>K\u00fcrbis sch\u00e4len, entkernen und in W\u00fcrfel schneiden. Schalotten sch\u00e4len und in feine W\u00fcrfelchen schneiden. Den Ingwer sch\u00e4len und fein reiben. Im hei\u00dfen \u00d6l die Schalottenw\u00fcrfel glasig d\u00fcnsten, den geriebenen Ingwer zugeben, anschwitzen und das K\u00fcrbis-Fleisch hinzuf\u00fcgen. Mit Teil der Rinderbr\u00fche auff\u00fcllen, bis die W\u00fcrfel bedeckt sind. So lange k\u00f6cheln lassen bis der K\u00fcrbis weich ist. In der Zwischenzeit die K\u00fcrbiskerne in der Pfanne ohne Fett anr\u00f6sten. Mit den P\u00fcrierstab die Suppe p\u00fcrieren, mit Pfeffer, Salz und Limettensaft abschmecken. Den Rest der Rinderbr\u00fche zuf\u00fcgen und mit etwas Sahne verfeinern. Die Suppe im tiefen Teller anrichten und mit K\u00fcrbiskern\u00f6l und den Kernen dekorieren.<\/p>\r\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>f\u00fcr 6 Personen 600 gr.
