Bl\u00e4ttchen abstreifen und mit der Milch in einem Topf erhitzen.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>Das Eigelb in einer Metallsch\u00fcssel mit dem Honig schaumig schlagen, die Milch nach und nach unterschlagen. Die Masse in einem Wasserbad unter R\u00fchren erhitzen, bis die Masse dickfl\u00fcssiger wird. Sie darf nicht kochen!<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>Die Masse in eine Sch\u00fcssel mit Eiswasser stellen und kaltr\u00fchren. Die Sahne steif schlagen und mit der Zitronenschale und 1 Prise Pfeffer unter die Eigelbmasse heben.
