Vanilleextrakt<br \/>140 g Rosinen<br \/>4 El. ungesalzene Butter#<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>Sauce:<br \/>110 g weiche Butter<br \/>225 g Zucker<br \/>1 Ei verquirlt<br \/>1 El. Whisky<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>Ofen 150 Grad vorheizen. Brot in kleine St\u00fccke brechen, in Milch einweichen bis sie ganz aufgesogen ist. Eier, Zucker, Vanilleextrakt und Rosinen dazugeben. Gut verr\u00fchren. Zerlassene Butter in eine Auflaufform von 2 Litern geben, Brotmischung dazugeben.Etwa 1 Stunde backen. Gabelhafttest. Abk\u00fchlen lassen.<br \/>Sauce: Butter und Zucker schaumig schlagen und im Wasserbad erhitzen, bis sich alles aufgel\u00f6st hat. Schnell das Ei unterr\u00fchren, darf nicht gerinnen. Sauce abk\u00fchlen und Whisky hinzugeben.<br \/>Brotpudding in W\u00fcrfel schneiden und auf 6 Teller verteilen.
