Die Aubergine halbieren und das Gem\u00fcsefleisch (das helle Innere) quadratisch einschneiden (die Haut muss dabei ganz dicht bleiben). Den Knoblauch in feine Streifen schneiden und in die Schnittfl\u00e4che reindr\u00fccken. Jetzt noch mit K\u00fcmmel und Salz bestreuen und reichlich mit Oliven\u00f6l \u00fcbergie\u00dfen.
