Die Pistazien und Feigen klein hacken. Die Zucchini mit dem Sparsch\u00e4ler der L\u00e4nge nach in d\u00fcnneScheiben schneiden (wie breite Bandnudeln). Diese 2 Minuten in kochendem Wasser blanchieren, mit kalte Wasser abschrecken, trocken tupfen. Die Terrinenformen\u00a0damit auskleiden.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Die K\u00e4semischung, die Pistazien und die weichen Feigen in\u00a0die Formen schichten und das Ganze 10 Minuten ziehen\u00a0lassen. In der Zwischenzeit die Zutaten f\u00fcr die Vinaigrette\u00a0kr\u00e4ftig verr\u00fchren.
