{"id":6030,"date":"2021-07-17T21:37:13","date_gmt":"2021-07-17T21:37:13","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/watjidett.de\/?p=6030"},"modified":"2021-07-17T23:08:16","modified_gmt":"2021-07-17T23:08:16","slug":"tart-tartin-bei-heiner","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/watjidett.de\/?p=6030","title":{"rendered":"Tart Tartin (bei Heiner)"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Zubereitung 40 min<\/p>\n<p>Ruhezeit 1 Stunde<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>250 g Mehl<\/p>\n<p>225 g feiner Zucker<\/p>\n<p>1 Eigelb<\/p>\n<p>1 Prise Salz<\/p>\n<p>400 g kalte Butter<\/p>\n<p>6 s\u00e4uerliche \u00c4pfel<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Den Gasherd auf 200\u00b0 C vorheizen.<\/p>\n<p>Das Mehl auf der Arbeitsfl\u00e4che zu einem H\u00fcgle anh\u00e4ufen, in die Mitte eine Mulde dr\u00fccken und 75 g des Zuckers, das Eigelb das Salz und 50 ml lauwarmes Wasser hineingeben, dann alles durchkneten. 250 g Butter in kleine St\u00fccke schneiden und einarbeiten. Alles zu einem homogenen Teig verkneten und ausrollen. Den Teig zu einer Kugel formen, in Frischhaltefolie einschlagen und eine Stunde lang kalt stellen.<\/p>\n<p>Die \u00c4pfel sch\u00e4len, in Spalten schneiden. Den Boden der Backform damit auslegen. Die verbleibende Butter und den restlichen Zucker (je 150 g) dar\u00fcberstreuen. Sodann den Teig nochmals ausrollen. Dabei sollte der Teig dem Durchmesser der Backform entsprechen und etwa 5 cm dick sein.
