Nach und nach die Eier einr\u00fchren. Mehl und St\u00e4rke mischen, hinzuf\u00fcgen. Eierlik\u00f6r unterheben. Muffin-Form einfetten. mit Teig f\u00fcllen, bei 190 Grad 30 Minuten backen. Mit Espresso tr\u00e4nken. Abk\u00fchlen lasen. Schokolade im Wasserbad schmelzen, mit Creme Fraiche verr\u00fchren.
