In kleine St\u00fccke schneiden. Mit Zucker, Chili, Minze Pfeffer und Salz mischen.<br \/>Chili Paste auf den Fisch streichen, mit den Korianderbl\u00e4ttern belegen, andr\u00fccken. Nichthaftende Pfanne mit dem \u00d6l erhitzen (Mittel bis hohe Temperatur). Fisch darin 2-3 Minuten je Seite anbraten.<br \/>Gurke auf die Teller geben. Darauf den Fisch geben. Daneben den Zitronensalat geben.
