Orange heiss abwaschen, Schale abreiben. Anschliessend den Saft auspressen. Butter schaumig schlagen und nach und nach den Zucker unterrieseln. Eier trennen. Eigelb nach und nach unter die Buttermasse. Orangenschale, Orangensaft, Orangenlik\u00f6r und Zimt unterr\u00fchren. Das Mehl mit dem Backpulver sieben und l\u00f6ffelweise unter die Buttermasse ziehen. Eiweiss steif schlagen und unter die Masse ziehen.<br \/>Springform ausfetten und Teig einf\u00fcllen. Oberfl\u00e4che glatt streichen und mit Walnusskernh\u00e4lften belegen. Auf 2. Einschubleiste von unten ca. 60 Minuten backen (Holzst\u00e4bchentest).
