Tomaten<br \/>1 Dose gesch\u00e4lte Tomaten<br \/>2 Zwiebeln<br \/>1 Knoblauchzehe<br \/>1 gr\u00fcne Paprika<br \/>12 EL Oliven\u00f6l<br \/>Salz, Pfeffer, Paprikapulver<br \/>1\/2 kg gr. Garnelen<br \/>2 St\u00e4ngel Petersilie<br \/>150 g Feta<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>Frische Tomaten waschen, \u00fcberbr\u00fchen, Haut abziehen und entkernen. Dosentomaten im Mixer p\u00fcrieren.<br \/>Zwiebel und Knoblauch sch\u00e4len und fein hacken. Paprika ohne Stiel und Kerne klein hacken. \u00d6l in einer Pfanne erhitzen. Zwiebel and\u00fcnsten. Dann Knoblauch und Paprikast\u00fccke hinzugeben und kurz mitd\u00fcnsten. Tomaten zuf\u00fcgen. Mit Salz, Pfeffer und Paprikapulver abschmecken und 30 Minuten k\u00f6cheln, bis alles zu Brei verkocht ist.<br \/>Garnelen am K\u00f6rper sch\u00e4len, Darm (schwarz) entfernen, Kopf und Schwanz aber dranlassen. Waschen und abtropfen.<br \/>Backofen auf 200 Grad vorheizen. Garnelen in Auflaufform geben und mit Tomatenmasse bedecken. Mit Petersilienbl\u00e4ttern belegen. Feta dar\u00fcber br\u00f6ckeln. Ca. 5-10 Minuten \u00fcberbacken.<\/p>\r\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>(4 Pers.) 4 gr.
