Fr\u00fchlingszwiebeln sehr klein schneiden. Einen halben Endiviensalat mit Zitrone, \u00d6l und Joghurt anrichten und zur Seite stellen. Thunfisch mit etwas Oliven\u00f6l zu einer kompakten Paste p\u00fcrieren. Joghurt, Saft einer halben Zitrone, Salz, Pfeffer dazugeben und gut vermischen. Fr\u00fchlingszwiebeln sanft unterheben, abschmecken.<br \/>Derweil die Endivie rosenf\u00f6rmig auf einem Bett aus gr\u00fcnen Salatbl\u00e4ttern anrichten. Den Thunfisch geschickt zwischen den Endiviensalat anrichten und sinnlich mit Petersilie und Schnittlauch garnieren.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>Nehmen Sie immer den Thunfisch zusammen mit etwas Endivie.
