Die Eigelbe mit\u00a0 dem\u00a0 Zucker verquirlen,\u00a0 bis die Masse hell und dick ist, dann die\u00a0 geriebenen Zitrusschalen unterf\u00fchren.\u00a0 In einer zwei\u00adten Sch\u00fcssel die Eiwei\u00dfe steif schlagen bis sie Spitzen ziehen und vorsichtig unter die Eigelbmasse heben. Die Sahne schlagen und zusammen mit den L\u00f6ffelbiskuits\u00a0 unter\u00a0 die\u00a0 Creme heben. Die Masse in 10 F\u00f6rmchen von je 100 ml f\u00fcllen und nicht l\u00e4nger als 1 Stunde gefrieren (die Masse soll nicht hart werden). Mit gehackten kandierten Zitrusschalen und Puderzucker bestreuen.
