Die Scheiben bei niedriger Temperatur in einer tiefen Pfanne leicht andunsten (nicht zu lang). Zum Schluss Rosmarin und Lorbeer dazu geben und kurz mitd\u00fcnsten. Dann Wein, Balsamico und die H\u00e4lfte des Brandy aufgie\u00dfen (Kr\u00e4uter drin belassen).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Alles um die H\u00e4lfte einkochen lassen (mindestens 20 Minuten). Den Rest vom Brandy dazu geben, mit Zucker und Pfeffer w\u00fcrzen. Die So\u00dfe mit etwas Speisestarke andicken (wenn n\u00f6tig!) oder mit Wasser verd\u00fcnnen (wenn n\u00f6tig!).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In\nTapassch\u00e4lchen f\u00fcllen und mit Brot servieren.
