Oliven\u00f6l in einer hohen Pfanne stark\nerhitzen. Kartoffelw\u00fcrfel. Chilih\u00e4lften und\nzerdr\u00fcckten Knoblauch zugeben und bei starker Hit2e ca. 10 Minuten braten (Kartoffeln m\u00fcssen noch Biss&#8220; haben, sollen aber trotzdem gebr\u00e4unt sein!). \u00d6fters umr\u00fchren!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Derweil den restlichen Knoblauch sch\u00e4len und in Scheiben schneiden, die zweite Chilischote halbieren, putzen und in schmale Halbringe schneiden. Kartoffeln in eine Auflaufform f\u00fcllen, vorher den in der Pfanne mitgebratenen Knoblauch und Chili entfernen. Knoblauchscheiben und Chiliringe unterheben, mit <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Oliven\u00f6l\nbetr\u00e4ufeln, salzen und pfeffern. Im \u00dfackofen bei ca. 200 Grad nochmals 20 bis 30 Minuten backen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Tipp: <\/strong>Schmeckt hervorragend\nzu Steaks und Salat.
