Die restlichen Bl\u00e4tter in etwas Butter nur eben zusammenfallen lassen, salzen, pfeffern und mit etwas Muskat abschmecken. Als Bett f\u00fcr die Fischp\u00e4ckchen auf 4 Teller verteilen.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>Die feingehackten Schalotten in 2 E\u00dfl\u00f6ffel Butter and\u00fcnsten und mit Pastis und Fond auff\u00fcllen.
