Mit einem Siebl\u00f6ffel vorsichtig rausnehmen und auf K\u00fcchenpapier legen. Knoblauch, Lauch, Petersilienwurzel und die H\u00e4lfte des Fisch in der Minzbutter 1-2 Minuten d\u00fcnsten. Mit Br\u00fche auff\u00fcllen und 15 Minuten kochen. 3 El Erbsen als Garnitur abnehmen, die restlichen nach 10 Minuten zur Suppe geben.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>Die fertige Suppe mit dem P\u00fcrierstab cremig mixen. Die restlichen Erbsen mit aufkochen.
