{"id":1997,"date":"2019-03-29T23:53:12","date_gmt":"2019-03-29T23:53:12","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/watjidett.de\/?p=1997"},"modified":"2020-04-28T21:59:11","modified_gmt":"2020-04-28T21:59:11","slug":"1997","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/watjidett.de\/?p=1997","title":{"rendered":"Ged\u00fcnsteter Fisch in Bananenbl\u00e4ttern"},"content":{"rendered":"\r\n<p>4 Personen<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>2 gro\u00dfe Bananenbl\u00e4tter<br \/>350 g fetse wei\u00dfe Fischfilets, in d\u00fcnne Streifen geschnitten<br \/>1 -2 El rote Currypaste (fertig im Handel)<br \/>250 ml Kokoscreme<br \/>150 g Weisskohl, feingeschnitten<br \/>2 El Fischsauce<br \/>2 El Limettensaft<br \/>1 -2 El s\u00fc\u00dfe Chilisauce<br \/>1 frischer roter Chili, gehackt (nach Belieben)<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>Bananenbl\u00e4tter in Quadrate von 10 x 10 cm schneiden und diese diagonal von den Ecken 3 cm einschneiden. Die Enden einschlagen und andr\u00fccken und\/oder mit einem St\u00fcck Bindfaden umwickeln, so dass sich daraus F\u00f6rmchen ergeben.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>Den Fisch mit der Currypaste und der Kokoscreme in eine Sch\u00fcssel geben du vorsichtig vermengen. Jeweils einige L\u00f6ffel der Fischf\u00fcllung in ein Sch\u00e4lchen geben. Chinesischen Dampfeinsatz mit restlichem Bananenblatt auslegen. Vorbereitetet F\u00f6rmchen in den Einsatz geben. Jedes Sch\u00e4lchen mit Kohl und einem Spritzer Fischsauce bedecken. Einsatz in einen Wok \u00fcber kochendes Wasser stellen und zugedeckt ca. 7 Minuten d\u00fcnsten. Die F\u00f6rmchen mit Limettensaft und s\u00fc\u00dfer Chilisauce betr\u00e4ufeln und mit roten Chili bestreuen.
