Vanillezucker<br \/>1 kl. Fl. Bittermandelaroma<br \/>Salz 2 Eier<br \/>25g weiche Butter<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p><br \/>F\u00fcr den Teig Mehl, Zucker, Backpulver, Vanillezucker, Bittermandelaroma und Salz auf der Arbeitsfl\u00e4che h\u00e4ufeln. in der Mitte eine Mulde eindr\u00fccken. Butter und Eier hineingeben und alle Zutaten mit einem Teig verarbeiten.Danach die Mandeln unterkneten. Den Teig zu einer Kugel formen und 30 Min. k\u00fchl stellen und ruhen lassen. Zeit f\u00fcr einen Schluck Wein.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>Den Backofen auf 200 Grad vorheizen. Den Teig in 6 Teile schneiden und als 25 cm lange Rolle formen, das Backblech mit Backpapier auslegen und die Rollen gleichm\u00e4ssig verteilt darauf legen und ca. 12 Min vorbacken. Danach erkalten lassen und schr\u00e4g in 1 cm dicke Scheiben schneiden. Die Kekse mit der Schnittfl\u00e4che aufs Blech legen und noch mal ca. 10 min. r\u00f6sten bis sie goldbraun sind.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>Ausk\u00fchlen lassen und mit Kaffee oder Vin Santo servieren.<\/p>\r\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>(f\u00fcr 4 Personen) 175 g Mandeln250g Mehl180 g Zucker1 Tl Backpulver2 P\u00e4ck.
