Backofen vorheizen.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>Die Pfirsiche halbieren und die H\u00e4lften jeweils in 4 Spalten schneiden. (Macht wie viele Spalten pro Pfirsich?) Und jetzt die Spalten von jeweils einem Pfirsich kranzf\u00f6rmig auf einem Teller anrichten.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>Eigelb mit Sekt in einem hei\u00dfen, nicht kochendem Wasserbad aufschlagen. Dabei den Zucker langsam einrieseln lassen. Mit einem E-Handmixer auf hoher Stufe ca. 5 Min weiter schlagen.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>Den Sektschaum gleichm\u00e4\u00dfig dar\u00fcber verteilen. Unter dem vorgeheizten Grillca. 2 Min. \u00fcberbacken bis der Sektschaum leicht goldbraun ist.
