Sadellenfilets ebenfalls abtropfen lassen und in St\u00fccke schneiden. Tunfisch abtropfen und zerpfl\u00fccken. Thymian wasche, Bl\u00e4ttchen abstreifen.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>Oliven, Kapern, Sardellen, Tunfisch und Thymian mit dem \u00d6l im Mixer oder Blitzhacker fein zerkleinern. Die schwarze Tepanade mit Pfeffer abschmecken. Passt zu Brot, zu gegrilltem Fleisch, in den Eintopf oder auch in eine Nudelsauce.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p><strong>Gr\u00fcne Olivenpaste<\/strong><br \/>(8 Personen)<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>50 g geh\u00e4utete Mandeln<br \/>1\/2 Bund Basilikum<br \/>1 Zweig Rosmarin<br \/>1 Zweig Thymian<br \/>50 g Kapern<br \/>150 g gr\u00fcne Oliven ohne Stein<br \/>Pfeffer, event. Salz<br \/>8 El Oliven\u00f6l<br \/>1 Messerspitze Honig<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>Mandeln grob Hacken. Kr\u00e4uter waschen, Bl\u00e4ttchen grob zerkleinern. Kapern abtropfen lassen.
