Den Bauch der V\u00f6gel mit einer Mischung aus Trauben und Petersilie f\u00fcllen und mit Zahnstochern zustecken. Die Wachteln mit reichlich Thymian scharf anbraten. Backofen auf 200 Grad vorheizen.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>Die Wachteln mit dem Bratensud in einen Schmortopf geben. Wein und Br\u00fche hinzuf\u00fcgen und alles mit Heu bedecken. 30 Minuten bei 175 Grad schmoren, danach noch ein paar Minuten ruhen lassen.
