H\u00fchnerbrustfilet<br \/>6 mittlere Kartoffeln<br \/>3-4 mittlere Zwiebeln oder 1 Gem\u00fcsezwiebel<br \/>3-4 rote Paprika<br \/>Zitrone<br \/>Knoblauch nach Wahl<br \/>6 gesch\u00e4lte Cherrytomaten<br \/>Scampis nach Wahl<br \/>Venusmuscheln<br \/>Ca. 1,5 L H\u00fchnerbr\u00fche<br \/>Salz<br \/>Wei\u00dfer Pfeffer<br \/>S\u00fc\u00dfer Paprikapulver<br \/>Scharfer Paprikapulver<br \/>Curry<br \/>Ingwerpulver<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>H\u00fchnerbrust waschen, trocken tupfen, mit Zitrone betr\u00e4ufeln, salzen und pfeffern. Mit der W\u00fcrzmischung (Paprika, Curry, Ingwer) einreiben und in W\u00fcrfel schneiden.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>Kartoffeln und Zwiebeln sch\u00e4len. Kartoffeln halbieren, Zwiebeln in \u00bd Ringe schneiden.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>In die Cata Plana (gro\u00dfer Wok oder geeigneter Topf) die H\u00fchnerbr\u00fche geben und lagenweise die Zutaten eingeben. Immer im Wechsel: Kartoffel, H\u00fchnerbrust, Paprika, ganze Knoblauchzehen (eventuell ungesch\u00e4lt). Alles mit den Zwiebeln abdecken, auf mittlerer Stufe ca, 20 Minuten kochen.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>Zwischenzeitlich die Scampis und die Muscheln waschen, mit Zitrone betr\u00e4ufeln und ca. 10 Minuten mitkochen.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>In tiefen Tellern mit Brot servieren.<\/p>\r\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>(4 \u2013 6 Personen) Ca. 600 gr.
