Pfefferk\u00f6rner<br \/>2 Essl\u00f6ffel Salz<br \/>1 Lachsforelle 1-1,2 Kg schwer<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>Am Vortag das Suppengr\u00fcn waschen, putzen und grob zerteilen. Petersilie und Dill waschen. Die so vorbereiteten Zutaten mit drei Litern Wasser und dem Wein , Lorbeer, Pfeffer in einen Fischtopf geben, zum kochen bringen und im offenen Topf 20 Minuten kochen lassen.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>Den Lachs waschen und in den kochenden Sud legen. Den Topf verschlie\u00dfen und vom Herd nehmen. Lachsforelle min. 12 Stunden ziehen lassen.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>Lachs auf eine Platte geben und h\u00e4uten.
