Zitronensaft<br \/>5 Zehen Knoblauch<br \/>100 gr. Schmand \/ Creme Fraiche<br \/>Sambal Olek<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>Die Zutaten\u00a0 mischen und mit Salz und Pfeffer abschmecken.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p><strong>Joghurtdressing<\/strong><\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>250 \u2013 300 gr. Fettarmer Joghurt<br \/>Zitrone<br \/>Balsamico Bianco<br \/>\u00bd Bund Basilikum<br \/>Salz<br \/>Wei\u00dfer Pfeffer<br \/>Oliven\u00f6l<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>Joghurt, Spritzer Zitrone etwas Balsamico, Salz und Pfeffer in einem Shaker gut vermischen. Basilikum mit etwas Oliven\u00f6l p\u00fcrieren und dazugeben. Nochmals sch\u00fctteln, in eine kleine Sch\u00fcssel geben und einen Tag ziehen lassen.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p><strong>Rucola-Kr\u00e4uter-Pesto<\/strong><\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>Rucola<br \/>Glatte Petersilie<br \/>Koriander<br \/>Parmesan<br \/>Salz<br \/>Wei\u00dfer Pfeffer<br \/>Oliven\u00f6l<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>Rucola und Kr\u00e4uter waschen, von den Stielen befreien. Alles zusammen mit dem Knoblauch im Mixer p\u00fcrieren. \u00d6l hinzugeben, mixen.
